- A product you ordered is unavailable, and we’re unable to offer a suitable replacement

- Missed pickups or failed deliveries due to incorrect info or unavailability

3. Replacements for Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is significantly damaged, we may offer a replacement, not a refund.

To qualify for a replacement:

- You must return the incorrect or damaged item to us
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We reserve the right to decline a replacement if the item isn’t returned or if the issue isn’t reported on time.
