- Product Selection: Our menu includes Banana Cake, Cake Slices, Cake Parfaits, Foil Cakes (with or without whipped cream), Bento Cakes, as well as full cakes and cupcakes (available via WhatsApp).
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our online shop. Orders for full cakes and cupcakes should be made through WhatsApp.
- Availability: Products are subject to availability. We restock every Tuesday. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll contact you with alternatives or offer a refund.

- Pricing: All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. We accept payment through the methods provided on the platform.

3. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery Days: We deliver every Sunday.
- Pickup Points: You will be able to choose a pickup point before checkout. Please select the one that’s most convenient for you.
- Room & Premium Delivery:
- Room Delivery is available at an extra fee.
- Premium Delivery includes room delivery, a handwritten note, and a gift bag — ideal for surprises and gifts.

- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery. Please message us on WhatsApp to cancel.
- Refunds: If a product is unavailable or if there’s a major issue with your order, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
