## 🛍️ Orders
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified.
- For customized orders, we will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm sizing and design details before production begins.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is unexpectedly out of stock. You will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

## 💳 Payments
Payment must be completed before your order is processed. For mobile money payments, please send your payment confirmation screenshot via WhatsApp to speed up verification.

## 🚚 Delivery
- Dar es Salaam: Delivery within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Upcountry Tanzania: Delivered via bus courier (Dar Express, Hood Bus, etc.). Estimated 2–5 business days depending on destination.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with tracking or courier details.
> Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once your order has been handed over.

## 🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Customized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible.
