📜 Topup Center Policy
1. Service Delivery

All top-up orders are processed instantly after successful payment.

In rare cases, due to server or system delays, it may take up to 5–30 minutes.

Customers must provide correct User ID / Game ID / Account Details while ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect details provided by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

No refund will be provided once the top-up is successfully delivered to the customer’s account.

Refunds are only applicable if:

Payment was deducted but top-up was not delivered within 24 hours.

A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary depending on market rates, server costs, and exchange rates.

We accept payments through : eSewa, Khalti, Bank Transfer and USDT

All payments must be made in advance before order processing.

4. Fair Usage & Restrictions

Any suspicious or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if it violates our policies.
