By placing an order with our group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• BL GLOBAL STORE
We act as intermediaries to facilitate the purchase of specific products (such as K-pop albums, manhwas, merchandise, lightsticks, and more) from official platforms or international stores located in South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and China.
• Made-to-order purchases
All products are purchased on a made-to-order basis. This means we do not hold immediate stock or only very limited stock. Customers must complete payment in advance in order for the order to be processed.
• Prices and payments
The prices shown include shipping to Spain.
Payment is made in euros (€) or in the currency indicated at the time of order.
Late payments after the established deadline are not accepted.
• Processing times
International orders may take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse after purchase.
We work with monthly shipments, so total delivery time may vary depending on the number of products in the warehouse.
Once in Spain, shipments will be handled via Correos and InPost.
Any delays caused by suppliers, customs, or shipping companies are outside our control, but we will provide tracking and follow-up for each order.
We appreciate your patience throughout the process.
Cancellations and refunds (ACCEPTED)
Refunds will only be issued if:
* The supplier cancels or does not deliver the product
* The product has not yet been reserved or shipped by the supplier
* The product is not a pre-order or custom order
To request a cancellation, you must contact us through official channels.
• Cancellations (NOT ACCEPTED)
Once payment has been made, cancellations or refunds are not accepted for:
* Pre-order or reserved products
* Custom or made-to-order products outside the catalog
* Products with exclusive benefits already requested from the distributor
* Missing items included inside sealed albums
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
Delays in pre-order items do not justify cancellation of the order or reservation.
• Legal framework
In accordance with applicable international trade regulations:
Returns are not accepted for customized products or items purchased under customer specifications.
• Damages or issues
We do not accept claims for minor packaging damage (scratches, dents, or wrinkles), as packaging is intended for protection purposes.
• Customer information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
• Communication
All updates and information will be shared through official channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Customers are advised to check updates regularly to stay informed about their orders.
• Shipping
Shipments to Spain and the rest of the world are handled via Correos and InPost.
• Returns and cancellations
Returns accepted
Returns will only be accepted if all the following conditions are met:
1. The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
2. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and sealed
3. An unboxing video is provided as proof
4. If the error is due to BL GLOBAL STORE, the correct item will be reshipped at no additional cost
5. Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed
Cases where returns or cancellations are NOT accepted:
* Pre-order or made-to-order products purchased specifically for the customer
* Custom products or items not part of our regular catalog
* Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items (shipped together when complete)
* Delays in pre-order items (these do not justify cancellation)
* Personalized products or items with exclusive distributor benefits
* Opened, used, or unsealed products
* Cancellations after payment and supplier processing
* Change of mind
Customer responsibilities
* The customer must cover all shipping and return costs
* If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping costs will be covered by the customer
What happens if my order is lost in transport from Spain to your country?
In the event that you choose the Inpost option and do not add the insurance, inpost only makes a return of €25, if you insured your shipment and it is lost, you are refunded for the full amount.
If you choose Post Office - Correos, and insure your shipment, the full amount is refunded, otherwise if it is lost and you did not insure your shipment, the amount to be returned is €9
