How do I place an order?
1. Place your order through our website or Instagram.
2. Complete your payment.
3. Send us your payment confirmation.
4. Then all that's left is to wait for your lovely items to arrive! 💌
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
* PayPal Friends & Family (no additional fees)
* PayPal Goods & Services (+6%)
* Wise (no additional fees)
Do product prices include shipping to Spain?
Yes, we ship throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
For these areas, VAT and taxes are included in the product price and shipping costs, so you will not have to pay any additional fees.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife?
Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. However, any additional costs arising from customs duties, taxes, import fees, or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Do you ship outside the European Union and worldwide?

Which shipping companies do you use for domestic deliveries?

How long does delivery take?
For pre order merch the estimated delivery time is:
2 to 3 weeks from the date the products leave South Korea or China.
We consolidate and dispatch shipments once per month, so delivery times may vary depending on the quantity of products arriving at our warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations or refunds for:
* Pre-order products
* Made-to-order products
* Personalized products
* Products already reserved with the supplier
Cancellations are only accepted if:
* The supplier cancels the product
* The product has not yet been reserved or shipped by the supplier

Returns are only accepted if:
* The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the package
* The product remains sealed and unused
* An unboxing video is provided as evidence

* Scratches
