Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Albania, Slovakia, and Hungary.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, only within Romania.

• Romania: Next day (may take +1–2 days if delayed)
• Other countries: 3–7 business days

13. Frozen & Fresh Items Policy (Important)
Frozen and fresh items are shipped at customer’s risk.
Before shipping, you must agree:
👉 “I accept the risks involved in shipping frozen and fresh items.”
What this means:
• Items may thaw, spoil, ripen, or get damaged during transit
• Courier delays are beyond our control
• Product condition on arrival is not guaranteed
No refund / replacement for:
• Thawed or spoiled items
• Fresh items with changes in condition
• Courier delays
Only exception:
• Wrong item received (report within 24 hours)
