By booking any service with Cleaned by Bearly Babies, you confirm your understanding of the following terms and conditions:
Item Inspection: We are confident that you will be satisfied with our service. However, all items must be checked upon delivery or as soon as possible after delivery. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery Process: Our driver, who is personally responsible for all collections and deliveries, will make only one attempt at delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your items will be returned to the workshop, and a re-delivery charge will apply.
Items for Cleaning: Please ensure that only items booked for cleaning are provided to us. Accessories incur additional charges and must be pre-booked.
Packaging and Storage of Cleaned Items: Upon cleaning, your items will be wrapped in plastic to protect them during transit. While it may seem convenient to store items in the plastic, we do not recommend it. Please remove your items from the plastic and allow them to air as soon as possible. We also advise against storing your cleaned items in sheds, garages, conservatories, or outdoor buildings, as this can lead to mould growth. Store items in a dark, warm, and dry place for optimal results.
Collection and Delivery Timing: We do our best to provide an estimated collection and delivery slot. However, due to factors outside our control, such as traffic or weather conditions, we cannot guarantee the exact timing of our service.
Stain Removal and Cleaning: While we make every effort to remove all marks and stains we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Rest assured, any stains that remain will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
Extended Cleaning Time: In some cases, we may need to retain your items for a longer period to perform additional cleaning. If this occurs, we will always notify you in advance.
