Damage policy

We handle every item with the utmost care. We use gentle, baby-safe cleaning products. When you drop off or we collect your items, we’ll go through a quick inspection with you to note any existing wear and tear or damage. That way, we’re all on the same page from the start. While we can’t be responsible for pre-existing issues or natural wear, if something were to happen due to our negligence, we’d absolutely take responsibility and discuss fair compensation with you.
