Our founder, Archana, realized that while the flavors of India were widely available in Singapore, the specific, soul-stirring magic of Kolkata’s culinary heritage was missing. She didn't want to create a "fusion" or a "tweak" - she wanted to bring the soul of Kolkata food to Singapore in its original, uncompromising form.
