Return Policy

Deliver It – Return & Refund Policy (Food Delivery Orders Only)

1. Purpose
This Return & Refund Policy outlines how Deliver It handles issues related to food delivery orders.
Our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness to our restaurant partners and delivery riders.

2. Order Accuracy
We strive to ensure that every order is prepared and delivered correctly.
Please review your order carefully before confirming. Once an order has been placed and confirmed by the restaurant, it cannot be modified or cancelled, except under the conditions listed below.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an order with missing or incorrect items:
Contact Deliver It within 30 minutes of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description, and photos if applicable. We will verify the issue with the restaurant. If the claim is validated, you may receive a partial or full refund, or a replacement meal at no additional cost.

4. Food Quality Concerns
Deliver It does not prepare the food but partners with restaurants that meet our quality standards. If there is a concern about food quality (e.g., taste, temperature, packaging), we will contact the restaurant on your behalf to resolve the issue.
Refunds for food quality are granted only if confirmed by the restaurant.

5. Late Deliveries
We do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe.
If your order is delivered more than 60 minutes late due to a Deliver It or driver error, you may be eligible for: A delivery fee refund, or A discount credit toward your next order.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: The customer entered the wrong delivery address. The driver arrived but no one was available to receive the order. The customer refused the order without valid reason. The customer changed their mind after the food was prepared. The issue reported was not verified with the restaurant or driver.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original order. For card payments, processing times may vary depending on your bank.
