Directions
• Enhance: Slightly overline outside the upper lip line with Ultra Suede Sculpting Lip Pencil, focusing on the cupid's bow.
• Lift: Slightly overline the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the liner upwards to the outer corners moving the liner inside the lip line.
• Fill: Softly diffuse & blend the lip pencil from the corners inward and finish with Ultra Suede Lipstick.
