Directions
• Hold the brush horizontally. Press the inner curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards.
• Use the outer curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift, and define.
• If desired, use the tip of the wand to coat lower lash line for precise application.
