• A nonstick universal formula that can be used on top of makeup or as a primer base, giving you the perfect glass-like glow.
Directions
• For best results, use on top of REFY Cream Bronzer and Cream Blush (both sold separately).
• Squeeze a very small amount of product onto the tip of the finger and gently tap onto high points of the face.
• Blend in by pressing into target areas.
• The nonsticky formula will set into the skin, leaving a radiant-looking glow on top of the skin.
• Can be used on cheekbones, eyelids, under brow, Cupid's bow, lips, and collarbones.
