At Aisybites, we strive to provide fresh, safe, and quality food to all customers. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, all issues must be reported promptly.
1. Reporting Issues
Customers must report any issues within 2 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Description of the issue
Reports made after 2 hours of receiving the order may not be eligible for refund or replacement, as food handling, storage conditions, and environmental factors are beyond our control once delivery has been completed.
This allows us to review cases fairly and take prompt action when necessary.
2. Refund or Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
• The food received is spoiled or unsafe to consume upon arrival
• The wrong item was delivered
• Items are missing from the order
All requests are reviewed case by case, and approval is not guaranteed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
• The issue is reported after 2 hours of receiving the order
• The customer changes their mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect delivery or contact details were provided by the customer
• The food was not stored properly after delivery
• The food has been partially or fully consumed
• The complaint is based on personal taste preference
4. Platter Orders
For platter orders, if an issue affects only one item, only a partial refund or replacement for the affected item may be considered. Full refunds for entire platters will not be provided unless the entire order is proven to be unsafe or incorrect.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Once the order has been successfully delivered or collected, customers are responsible for proper storage of the food.
Due to the perishable nature of our food, we are not responsible for quality issues arising after delivery due to delays in consumption, improper storage, or exposure to unsuitable conditions.
6. Final Decision
Aisybites reserves the right to review all cases and make the FINAL DECISION on refunds or replacements.
