WALK-INS WELCOME.     Hi! We are not a typical modern mass market bakery in terms of process or variety. Principally, we do not use commercial yeast nor artificial preservatives. We rely only on levain (sourdough) and ambient fermentation to leaven our breads, as per European tradition. That said, our breads are not necessarily sour and have a mellow acidity, if any. They will stay soft for several days when kept properly. We also choose to hand-shape every single piece to preserve irregularities. Where sugar is called for, we do not use refined white sugar. There are no order minimums but some items come in sets.    Unlike most bakeries, our processes are slow and our breads are made-to-order. This means both advance ordering (before the cutoff time, full details below) and advance payment are needed to secure the goods. Thank you for understanding! We make deliberately slow and unrushed food; not only our breads but our bread adjacent fillings/condiments are time-intensive as well. We like to think that you’ll be getting the best of both worlds (dough and filling) at our bakery.    PICKUP from [1] Katong Shopping Center: 1200-1500hrs.     DELIVERY (1400-1700hrs) is a flat fee of $18 within mainland Singapore.     If you prefer to walk in and eat on the spot, we have a no-frills dine-in section called the TOAST BAR (no need to pre-order). We offer toasted slices of our sourdough LIGHT LOAF with a variety of condiments/spreads/dips that are made in-house where we can. Takeaway is possible but consume ASAP for the best texture. LIGHT LOAF

A free-standing sourdough loaf that is light in both flavour and texture for a lean bread. Also called Pain au Levain or Country Bread. It is versatile; it can support any meal or be a satisfying meal by itself. Sublime when toasted/browned. This is the default bread served at our Toast Bar.
