A free-standing sourdough loaf that is light in both flavour and texture for a lean bread. Also called Pain au Levain or Country Bread. It is versatile; it can support any meal or be a satisfying meal by itself. Sublime when toasted/browned. This is the default bread served at our Toast Bar.
