MILD SOUR LOAF (S.D)

Leavened with sourdough and nothing else! Crusty, lean, unsweetened and vegan. MILD SOUR is stone-baked loaf that is light in both flavour and texture. Others might call this Pain au Levain or Country Bread. By design, it is โ€œsimpleโ€ yet versatile; it can support other food or be a satisfying meal unto itself. Sublime when toasted/browned. This is the default bread served at our Toast Bar. Made with classic French technique and French flours (no white flour). Cc Ian Lowe. 1400g before baking. Store in a airtight container or ziplock.
