MILD SOUR is stone-baked loaf that is light in both flavour and texture. Others might call this Pain au Levain or Country Bread. By design, it is “simple” yet versatile; enjoy it on its own or with heavier dishes. Sublime when toasted/browned (on a rack). This is the default bread served at our Toast Bar.
