MILD SOUR LOAF

Leavened with sourdough. Crusty, lean, unsweetened and vegan. MILD SOUR is stone-baked loaf that is light in both flavour and texture. It is often called Pain au Levain or Country Bread. It is “simple” yet versatile, ; it can support other food or be a satisfying meal unto itself. Sublime when toasted/browned. This is the default bread served at our Toast Bar. Made with classic French technique and French flours (no white flour). Cc Ian Lowe. 1400g before baking. Store in a airtight container or ziplock.
