Yes! Please keep them in the refrigerator when not consuming. Do not store them under room temperature as the snowskin will 'melt'.
How long can I store my mooncakes?
Do consume within 3-5 days for optimal texture and taste! Prolonged storage will dry the skin, though the mooncakes are still edible and do not spoil easily in the fridge.
How long can the mooncakes be out for?
Under Singapore's hot sun, please refrigerate them within 2 hours. If you are in a cool environment (e.g., air-conditioned), within 4 hours.
Do you use preservatives?
No. In fact, we try to make our mooncakes as fresh as possible, within 1-2 days before your delivery date!
Are the mooncakes halal?
Though all ingredients used are halal-certified and vegetarian-friendly, our home bakery is NOT halal-certified.
May I request for extra bags or utensils?
Yes absolutely, unless we run out of stock. We understand you may intend to gift your mooncakes to different people.
