When do pre-orders open and close?
Pre-orders open every Monday at 11:00AM and close every Thursday at 07:00PM, or earlier if we reach capacity.
As every loaf is baked in small batches, limited slots are available each week.
Can I place a last-minute order?
Unfortunately no.
As each loaf is baked fresh to order, we require pre-orders to plan our baking schedule and ensure every loaf is at its best.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to help.
Drop us a message as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.
Orders cancelled after Saturday are subjected to cancellation fee of 50% of order value. e.g. if order is $66.90, $33.45 only will be refunded to you.

Orders are fulfilled every Sunday and Monday.

How much is delivery?
Islandwide delivery is available at a flat rate of $20
Free delivery for orders above $50.

What if I'm not around during delivery?
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
As our loaves contain no preservatives, we recommend avoiding long hours left outdoors.

How should I store my butter loaves?
Keep your loaf in an airtight container.
• Room temperature: Up to 3 days
• Refrigerate: Up to 7 days
• Freeze: Up to 1 month
How do I reheat my loaf?
For the best experience:

Air fryer
150°C • 3–5 mins
Microwave
Medium • 10-15 secs
They are delicious at room temperature too!
Can I freeze them?
Absolutely. Wrap the loaf well before freezing. When ready to enjoy, thaw completely before reheating.
Do your loaves contain preservatives?
No. Every Yomo loaf is baked fresh in small batches without preservatives.

Yes! If you're sending directly to someone special, simply enter their delivery details during checkout.

Are your loaves halal?
While YOMO Lab is not halal-certified, we do not use pork, lard or alcohol in our recipes. Please note that our kitchen is a home kitchen and is not MUIS-certified..
Do your products contain allergens?
Our loaves contain: Wheat (gluten), Dairy, Eggs
Some flavours may also contain seafood (Hae Bi Hiam) or soy.

Can I choose my own trio in the YOMO Trio Sets?
Our trio sets are thoughtfully curated to showcase different flavour pairings, so they're not customisable at the moment.
