Are all your products 100% vegan?
Absolutely! Every treat is 100% vegan. No dairy, eggs, honey, or animal-derived ingredients ever enter our kitchen. Kindness in every bite!
Do you offer Gluten-Free or Nut-Free options?
Yes! We have a dedicated selection for these needs. Please note: While we take every precaution, all treats are baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, and soy. If you have a severe allergy, please chat with us first.
What ingredients do you use?
We use high-quality, plant-based milks, oils, and flours. We focus on fresh, locally-sourced produce and natural sweeteners like dates or agave for our sugar-free range.
How long do they stay fresh?
Our bakes are best enjoyed within 2-3 days. We’ll provide specific storage tips with your order!

Right here on our shop! For custom designs or large events, feel free to WhatsApp us for a personal touch.
How much notice is needed?
Standard orders: At least 72 hours.
Custom cakes/Large orders: 1–2 weeks is best.
Running late? Drop us a message; we might be able to squeeze you in!
Do you do custom designs for weddings or birthdays?
We adore celebrations! We create custom cakes and cupcakes tailored to your theme. (Note: We do not use fondant in our kitchen).
Can you make any design I imagine?*
We love your creativity! If a design is beyond our current equipment or resources, we will be honest with you and suggest a beautiful alternative that still captures your dream.

Where are you located?
Our kitchen is in Montana, Pretoria. You are welcome to collect your order during our operating hours!
Do you deliver?
Yes! Simply enter your address at checkout to see the delivery fees for your area in Pretoria.
Do you deliver on weekends/holidays?
Standard delivery is Mon-Sat. Sundays and Public Holidays are available by special request only.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, via courier! This excludes perishables (cakes, cupcakes, breads). Check our front page for shippable goodies.
