4. Warranty Period

5. Warranty Coverage
5.1 Covered

6. Battery Policy
For Boxed and Pre-Owned devices:
If battery health drops below 80% within the valid warranty period due to natural degradation (not misuse), WAVYYSTORE will provide a free battery replacement.
Battery swelling or failure caused by:
• Wrong chargers
• Power surge
• Physical damage
• Liquid damage
is NOT covered.

7. Brand New Device Exchange Policy
If a verified factory manufacturing defect is identified:
• Device may be repaired or exchanged.
• Exchange applies only to confirmed factory faults.
• Device must show no signs of misuse or damage.

8. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
