Warteg2Go – Policies

Welcome to Warteg2Go! Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth ordering and pickup experience. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ordering Policy
Orders are pre-order only. Please place your order in advance to secure your items.
All orders must be submitted by the cut-off time indicated on our menu or ordering form.
We are not responsible for missed orders placed after the cut-off time.

2. Payment Policy
Payment is accepted via Zelle only.
Payment must be completed at the time of order to confirm your reservation.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the order is placed.
Please make sure your order details are correct before submitting.
In rare circumstances (e.g., unforeseen emergencies), contact us immediately and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pickup Policy
Orders are ready for pickup each scheduled Saturday at MDC Los Angeles.
Pickup times are strictly scheduled; please arrive on time.
Late pickups may result in your order being forfeited.

5. Food Safety Policy
Please check your order at pickup for accuracy and quality. Once you leave, Warteg2Go is not responsible for missing, damaged, or spoiled items. For best taste and safety, enjoy immediately or refrigerate promptly. Avoid leaving food in warm places, especially on hot days.

6. Menu & Availability
Menu items are subject to availability.
We may occasionally make substitutions if ingredients are unavailable.
