Shipping duration for items imported from China varies from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on product type, quantity, and shipping method, but we will always give you an estimated delivery timeline before you confirm your order.

8. Can I redeem my store credits as cash?
Yes. You can redeem your store credits as cash if you contact our support team within 1 month of the credit being added to your account. It must also be at least 1,000frs to be eligible for withdrawal as cash.
Simply reach out to support (via the WhatsApp floating button on our website), and we will make sure you receive the cash equivalent of your store credits via MTN or Orange Money.
9. What happens to my store credits after 1 month?
If more than 1 month have passed since the store credits were added to your account, you will no longer be able to withdraw them as cash.
However, you can still redeem those store credits when you purchase a new item at VF Shopping Mall, and the credit will be applied toward your order total instead.
