Q: Do I need technical skills?
A: Zero. We set up everything. You just show us your products and approve the final store.
Q: What if I have 200+ products?
A: We use bulk upload. Can import hundreds of products in minutes using CSV templates.
Q: How do customers pay?
A: We integrate M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, Card, Bank via Pesapal or DPO Pay. Customers get automatic payment links. Optional, we can setup manual payments if customer doesn't qualify or require automated payment methods.
Q: What if the AI doesn't know an answer?
A: It forwards complex questions to you on WhatsApp. You can teach it new responses anytime.
Q: Can I use this for in-store sales too?
A: Yes! POS mobile app included in Kua and VIP plans. Works offline.
Q: How long to set up?
A: 48 hours. Day 1 we visit and photograph. Day 2 your store is live.
Q: What about customer support?
A: We provide Swahili support via WhatsApp. Kua plan includes 4 hours/month. VIP includes dedicated success manager.
