1. Return & Exchange Policy
Dear Valued Tradisie Family
At Tradisie, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to ensure every product reflects our quality, freshness, and authentic flavours. In support of the Consumer Protection Act, we gladly assist with returns — within reason.
If you’re unhappy with a product, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of purchase, provided you have the original packaging/label and/or till slip.
You may return the item to the place of purchase for:
• an exchange of the same product, or
• a voucher of equal value to spend at Tradisie.
Important Conditions
• Frozen meat originally bought fresh can be returned within 2 weeks, with packaging, labels, and till slip.
• Products must show no signs of tampering or mishandling.

3. Food Safety & Handling Policy
To keep our customers safe, Tradisie follows strict hygiene and safety procedures:

Cold chain temperature control is maintained at all times.
Staff follow strict personal hygiene and protective clothing requirements.
○ Customer Responsibility
Once a product leaves our premises, the customer is responsible for:
keeping products chilled
safe transportation
proper home storage
preventing contamination
This ensures freshness and safety until the moment you enjoy it.
4. Order & Collection Policy
To ensure smooth service, the following applies to all orders:
Placing Orders
Orders may be placed via
• WhatsApp
• Email
• or in person.
Orders are confirmed only once payment or deposit is received (when applicable).
Weekend/market orders must be placed before our cut-off time.
- Collection
Please collect orders at the agreed time and location.
Orders will be kept for 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.
Uncollected orders may be resold without refund.
○ Special Requests
We will always do our best to accommodate special cuts, bundles, or bulk orders — depending on stock availability.
5. Delivery Policy
• Delivery Areas & Fees
Delivery is available in selected areas. Fees vary based on distance.
• Delivery Times
Deliveries are made during our standard operating hours.
Exact delivery windows will be shared on the day.
If the Customer Is Not Available
Orders may be returned to Tradisie.
A second delivery will require an additional fee.
Cold Chain
All deliveries are made in temperature-controlled conditions, but once handed over, responsibility transfers to the customer.
6. Cancellation Policy
☺ Life happens — we understand. But to protect our business and product wastage:
- Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before collection.
Large/bulk orders or platters must be cancelled 24–48 hours in advance.
-Deposits
Deposits may be forfeited on late cancellations.
Non-collection counts as a cancellation and is non-refundable.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

8. Terms & Conditions (General Trading Policy)
By purchasing from Tradisie, you agree to the following:
Products & Weights
Meat products may vary in weight slightly due to trimming, moisture, and natural differences.
Prices are subject to change based on market rates.
Stock Availability
Some items are limited and may sell out quickly. We will always offer alternatives where possible.
Payment
Payment must be made before collection/delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Responsibility
Once products leave our premises or delivery vehicle, Tradisie is not responsible for:
- spoilage due to improper storage
- transport issues on the customer’s side
- contamination after handover
