1. Delivery Timeline

Packages within Trinidad are typically delivered within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified.

Deliveries to Tobago are usually completed within 3–5 business days.

Touch Me TT Sensual Shop Ltd ships using an external courier company and shall not be held liable for any delays that may occur during the delivery process.

Once a package is paid for and dispatched for delivery, it is considered sold.

2. Pick-Up Policy

Pick-ups are available at Grand Bazaar on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (under the Grand Bazaar flyover).

Pick-ups in Grande are usually done on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:00 AM.

Customers are required to be punctual and collect their orders within the scheduled time frame.

3. Reservations & Payments

Items will only be reserved once full payment has been received.

No items will be held without complete payment.

4. Warranty Policy

All items sold by Touch Me TT Sensual Shop Ltd are covered by a 7-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty period begins from the date your package is delivered.

Any issues must be reported to us within this 7-day period.

For the warranty to be honored, we must be able to replicate the defect, as proof is required for our suppliers.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Product Use & Liability

Touch Me TT Sensual Shop Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from improper use of products, including but not limited to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
