At TLDESIGNANDPRINTS, every order is custom produced to your specifications. For this reason, reprints are our primary solution, while refunds are only considered in exceptional cases.
Free Reprint
We’ll gladly reprint your order if:
1. The final print differs from the approved artwork due to our error.
2. Your order arrives damaged during delivery (reported within 24 hours with photo/video evidence).
Refunds
Refunds are only considered where a reprint cannot reasonably resolve the issue or where TLDESIGNANDPRINTS is unable to complete the order due to our fault.
❌ Reprints or Refunds Will Not Apply If:
1. You approved artwork containing errors.
2. Incorrect information or low-quality files were provided by you.
3. You change your mind after production has started.
4. The issue is due to normal colour differences between digital screens and printed materials.
5. The order is reported more than 2 working days after delivery.
6. Orders not collected within 14 days of completion notice may be treated as abandoned and will not qualify for refunds.
- Reprints resulting from these issues will be treated as a new production and charged accordingly.
📦 Returns
• Where required, returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were delivered. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
• We may request that the original printed items be returned before approving a reprint or refund.

We will review your request within 2 to 3 working days and respond with a resolution.
IMPORTANT
• Production begins only after the customer approves the final artwork.
• Approval confirms that all text, spelling, colours, sizes, quantities and other design details have been carefully reviewed.
• TLDESIGNANDPRINTS is not responsible for errors contained in artwork approved by the customer.
• Approved reprints follow our standard production timeline.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days via bank transfer.
• Where a design service has been refunded, editable/source files remain the intellectual property of TLDESIGNANDPRINTS unless separately purchased.
• Refunds do not include delivery fees already incurred.
