Refund/Return/Reprint

Our Commitment

At TLDESIGNANDPRINTS, we strive to deliver top-quality print services and excellent customer satisfaction. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have outlined the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity for everyone.

WHEN YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND, RETURN OR REPRINT

1. Design or Print Error Caused by Us
If the final product contains printing errors that differ from the approved mockup (such as incorrect colours, spelling errors, or wrong sizes), you may qualify for a free reprint or a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

2. Damaged Goods During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a replacement.

WHEN REFUNDS OR REPRINTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE

1. Customer Errors
This includes:
- Incorrect spelling, sizes, or logos provided by the customer.
- Failure to properly review and approve the mockup.
- Low-quality artwork or images supplied by the customer.

In these situations, any reprint will be at the customer's expense.

2. Change of Mind
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because the customer no longer wants the product.

3. Unclaimed Orders
Orders not collected within 14 days after notification may be considered abandoned and will not qualify for a refund.

- Order number
- Date of order
- Photos or videos
- A clear explanation of the issue

We will review your request within 2 to 3 working days and respond with a resolution.

PLEASE NOTE

- All mockups must be approved by the customer before production begins.
- Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5 to 10 working days.
- Approved reprints will follow our normal production timeline.
