The Quiet Crumbs

The Quiet Crumbs is a small home weekend bakery dedicated to slow-fermented sourdough bakes. Made with 100% sourdough starter, naturally slow-fermented over 72 hours, and baked in limited batches to preserve depth of flavor and texture.
From classic country loaves to seasonal variations, each bake is crafted with loving patience, natural ingredients, and quiet attention to detail. To allow proper preparation and fermentation, orders placed by end-of-day Wednesday will be ready for pick-up the same weekend. All orders placed thereafter will be fulfilled the following weekend.
