Frequently Asked Questions
Pickup is at 2151 Pointe Pasig. Pick ups and deliveries are arranged by the customer through their preferred courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.).
Complete details and instructions will be sent when your order is ready. No early pickups.
How to pre-order?
Head to our Pre-Orders category, pick your favorite flavors, and select your preferred date at checkout. Because we bake in small batches, slots per flavor are limited each day.
Note: If a flavor shows as Sold Out, all slots across available dates are full. If no pickup dates appear during checkout, try reducing item quantities, as your current cart exceeds the remaining daily limit.
Do you have same-day orders or restocks available?
We restock our Everyday Bakes whenever extra batches are available! These limited-quantity items are strictly for same-day pickup only and cannot be reserved or ordered in advance.

How do I store my cookies?
Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh but you can put them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days to maintain freshness. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight.
We use Belgian couverture chocolate. Because of this, room temperature changes can sometimes cause harmless white spots (chocolate bloom) on the chocolate. It is 100% safe to eat and disappears completely once warmed up!
How to reheat my cookies?
Microwave for 8-12 seconds to bring back that soft, gooey, freshly-baked feel (our favorite way to eat them!). Toast in the oven/airfryer for 3 minutes if you prefer a crispier bite.
These cookies are handmade and contain no added preservatives. Because we keep it natural, it’s normal for textures to change over time.
