Bright yellow with greenish tones. Mineral notes of citrus and tropical fruits such as guava are present. This wine has a good concentration with a fresh and high acidity with long persistence and silkiness. SOLdeSOL Sauvignon Blanc was born in 2012 after the plantations of this variety were made in 2009 by Vinas de Traiguen in Malleco Valley. These vineyards were planted in 2009 with deep red clay soils of the volcanic origin that have very good water retention.
