Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and accessories.
3. Customers must carry-in item to the nearest store or authorized service center for service or returns.
4. If the item is sent by courier, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
6. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
