RETURN POLICY

We’re here to help with returns and exchanges!

Free Returns:

-Items under $2000 – Within 14 days of purchase.
-Items over $2000 – Within 3 months of purchase.

Warranty Extensions:

-Items over $4000 – Employees can extend the warranty by up to 5 additional months.

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange and refund policy:

- Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective.

- No exchange/refund for items that has damaged packaging, but is in new working condition.

- No exchange/refund for items that has passed the warranty period of the item.

If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at (customercare.tektonic@gmail.com) for further instructions.

Note: If you qualify for either an exchange or refund, another request for an exchange/refund for the same faulty item will not be accepted.

For a product to qualify for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Your electronic receipt must be provided.
- Detailed description and video of defect must be provided.
- A picture must be provided of all accessories that came with the product.
- All the product accessories must be returned with the faulty product.
- Returned items must be returned in its original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of damage caused by the customer.

PAYMENT PLANS

Purpose:
This policy explains how customers can set up a payment plan to manage payments for goods or services from TekTonic. It aims to offer flexibility while maintaining clear terms for both customers and the company.

1. Who Can Get a Payment Plan?
Customers may be eligible for a payment plan if:

The amount owed is over $3000.
The customer agrees to follow the rules in this policy.
TekTonic will decide whether or not to approve the payment plan on a case-by-case basis.

2. How Payment Plans Work:
Installments:
Payments are split into equal monthly or fortnightly installments over up to 6 months.

Down Payment:
The minimum down payment will be the first payment at the start of plan.

Payment Dates:
Payments are due on the day that the first payment was made of each month/fortnight.

3. Interest and Fees:
Interest:
There may be a monthly/fortnightly interest rate based on the number of months selected for the payment plan.

Late Fees:
A 5% late fee will be charged if payments are overdue.

4. Defaulting on the Payment Plan:

A payment plan is considered in default if:
- A payment is more than 7 days late.
- The customer does not follow any other terms in the policy.

If the plan goes into default:

- The remaining balance becomes due immediately.
- TekTonic may suspend services, cancel the contract, or apply extra fees.

5. Changing or Cancelling the Payment Plan:
- Changes:
If financial difficulties arise, customers can request changes to the payment plan. Changes must be requested by email at customercare.tektonic@gmail.com. TekTonic will review and decide whether to approve the request.

Cancellation:
If the plan is canceled, customers will get 80% of their payments refunded (excluding any fees or penalties).

6. Keeping Information Confidential:
All customer information provided for the payment plan will be kept private and used only to process and manage the plan.
