Availability is based on baker's convenience and stock.
Refunds & Cancellations
100% refunds by Teka Teki Teku only on these terms:
• Baker/Baker's family member is unwell and baker unable to fulfil orders
• Unforeseen incidents affecting baker resulting in unable to fulfil orders
Partial refunds by Teka Teki Teku on these terms:
• Customer cancelling order due to death/hospitalisation of customer/customer's family/friend (require proof of death certification or hospital tag)
• Wrong order/missing items upon delivery or collection (due for investigation)
• Bakes delivered in an unexpected state (due for investigation)
Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed upon successful full payment. No reservations with or without deposits allowed.
Changing order details
• Change date of order: At least 1 week in advance
• Change items in order: At least 1 week in advance
• Change in delivery details: At least 3 days in advance

Surcharges/Additional Fees
1) Late fee of $10 for late pickup (>30min from supposed timing). Payment is required before handing over the order. This only applies if customer needs the bakes to be chilled until pick up, if not, order will be left outside of the unit and Teka Teki Teku will not be held responsible for any incidents onto order afterwards.
2) Surcharge of $5 for order fulfillments before 9am and after 5pm.
3) Rush fee of $20 to fulfil order within 24 hours.
