THS Delivery Policy

At Tasty Heritage Signature (THS) we want every mother to enjoy our meals with peace of mind.

Free delivery / 免费配送
Free delivery within 25 km of our kitchen (PV 128, Setapak).
自本店厨房(PV 128, Setapak)起 25 公里内免费配送。

Beyond 25 km / 超过 25 公里
RM1 per km, calculated fairly using our distance tool (under Delivery & Start Date).
超过 25 公里:每公里 RM1,费用以我们的距离工具公平计算。

Delivery frequency / 配送频率
We deliver twice a day (for lunch and for dinner).
我们每天配送两次 (午餐和晚餐)。

Hospital delivery / 医院配送
Meals will be delivered to the lobby or reception area and collected by family members.
医院配送:餐点将送至大堂或接待处,由家属领取。

Coverage area / 配送范围
We deliver across Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.
我们覆盖吉隆坡与雪兰莪地区。

Delivery windows / 配送时段
Lunch 10:00–13:00; Dinner 16:00–19:00. For specific timing we can arrange third‑party direct delivery (e.g., Lalamove) at the customer’s cost.
配送时段:午餐 10:00–13:00;晚餐 16:00–19:00。若需指定时间,我们可代叫第三方直送(例如 Lalamove),费用由顾客承担。

ETA / 预计到达时间
Driver will contact you with ETA when nearby.
司机临近时会与您联络。

Containers & bags return / 容器与包袋回收
We’ll collect containers and bags on your next delivery. No need to wash (please just empty leftovers). Please return any bags from previous deliveries.
我们将在下次配送时回收容器与包袋。无需清洗 (请先倒空残余)。请归还以往配送的包袋(如有)。

If no one is home / 若无人应门
We can leave meals at the guardhouse or another pre‑agreed spot (e.g., neighbour).
若无人应门,我们可将餐点放置于保安处或其他预先约定地点(例如邻居)。

Multiple addresses / 多个配送地址
Please inform us via WhatsApp in advance if you need deliveries to more than one address.
如需配送至多个地址,请提前通过 WhatsApp 告知我们。
