B. Menu and Pricing: All menus of our service providers are loaded on the website and for any menu or product that is not listed on the website customers can contact our service center via WhatsApp on 0795721385.
C. Payment Methods: We require upfront payment via EFT or various Banks wallet services for Banks outside our banking Partners (Capitec, Tyme Bank, Bidvest Bank, Payshap and Kazang Pay). We do not accept cash Payments.
D. Order Confirmation: Communication on all placed orders on the Swypa Platform is through InApp Notifications or WhatsApp Notifications for (Accepted Orders, Pending Order, Preparing Orders, Ready Orders, Fulfilled Orders, Collected Orders, Completed Orders, Cancelled Orders, Payment Notifications)

Our delivery team is trained to navigate the delivery zones efficiently, ensuring that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. Each delivery executive follows established protocols to maintain food safety during transit, including keeping food at appropriate temperatures and using insulated containers.

Swypa Delivery charges as flat delivery fee that is clearly stipulated on the swypa.co.za website according to different delivery zones that we service as well as a service fee that is controlled by supply and demand calculated as a percentage of the order value
