N159. Organic Samgyetang (Korean Organic Ginseng Chicken Soup) (삼계탕)

The custom in Korea is to eat Samgyetang during hot summer days to replenish nutrients lost through sweating. As the Korean saying goes, eating hot soup is “fighting the heat with heat.”
