Terms & Conditions
1. Accurate Item Information
All item details provided by sellers must be complete and accurate, including brand,
model, condition, and any known defects.
2. Pricing Policy
The price displayed by Super Series may differ from the seller’s proposed price. This
variation includes our service fee and commission for facilitating the sale.
3. Item Availability Notification
Sellers are required to promptly notify Super Series if an item is no longer available
or has been sold elsewhere, so we can update our listings accordingly.
4. Physical Item Verification
Super Series may arrange for the physical collection or delivery of listed items for the
purpose of inspection, verification, or viewing, as requested by the end customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Returns will only be accepted
in cases where the item received is significantly different from the described
condition or specifications.
• Any request for return must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued after the item is inspected.
• Super Series reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet
these conditions.
6. Seller Payment Terms
Payment for sold items will be released by Super Series to the seller only after the
purchase has been successfully completed and confirmed by the end customer.
• “Successfully completed” means the item has been delivered or
collected, and no return or dispute has been raised within the return window.
• Payment will be made via cash or bank transfer, as agreed between
Super Series and the seller.
• Payouts will be processed within the same week of confirmation.
