How to Order
Ordering
Add your choice of cake to cart and select a delivery/self-collection date on the check out page. For custom cakes, please indicate which theme you prefer, cost of cake design varies on complexity. We will reach out to you to discuss further.
All orders will be directed to our WhatsApp and would not be charged. Once we receive your order, we will send your confirmation details with deposit request only then your order is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is available at a starting at a fee of $20 onwards depending on location. Please be aware that all cake deliveries carry a certain level of risk. External factors such as weather, traffic conditions, and road movement may impact the cake’s condition during transit.
While we take great care in packaging and handling each cake, we are unable to guarantee its condition once it has left our premises. By choosing delivery, customers acknowledge and accept this risk. As such, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for any damage incurred during delivery.
Self-collection
Pickup Location: 76A Redhill Road, Singapore 151076
Please arrange for self-collection timing through WhatsApp. Instructions would be sent to you one day before the scheduled collection date.
Cancellations
Please inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled collection date for cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of pickup. Amendments are subject to availability and require at least 2 days’ notice.
Sugarie Sweet Bakeshoppe reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. product availability, scheduling, or payment issues). Customers will be notified, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
