2. Ordering Policy
Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or through our website/PWA app.
For Bulk Orders and Special Occasion Menus, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance.
3. Payment Policy
Payments must be made in advance or at the time of ordering.
Accepted methods:

✅ Secure Payment Gateway (via our website/app)
Cash on delivery is not available.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be provided once the order is confirmed and processed.
Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
In exceptional cases (wrong item delivered or quality issues), remedies may be offered at Spoon Bahrain’s sole discretion.
5. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made within Bahrain in the areas we serve.
Estimated delivery times are shared at the time of order confirmation.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions may occur — customers will be notified promptly.
