Q: Are your sauces Halal?
A: All our sauces are vegan and we do not use any ingredients with animal products to make them. All our cooking equipment and utensils are used solely for the production of our hot sauces. However, we are not Halal certified or Muslim owned.
Q: How long do your sauces last?
A: Our hot sauces are vinegar based and do not contain any artificial preservatives. They are pasteurized and hot filled into sterilized glass bottles before being capped and flipped to create a vacuum seal. Refrigerating them will prolong shelf life as long as you keep the mouth, lip and cap of the bottles clean.
Q. Are you a home-based business?
A. We started out as one. Currently we produce our sauces at an SFA approved cloud kitchen. We also have our own warehouse facility in Kaki Bukit.
Q. How soon after ordering will I receive my order?
A. We work with Aramex to provide tracked shipping that is usually delivered within 2-3 days once your parcel has been picked up by the courier.
Q. Are you able to ship internationally?
A. We are working on it, however we are unable to do so currently.
Q. Returns / Damaged Items
A. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However, if your product is damaged or broken upon arrival. You can reach out to us via email (sales@spiceheadshotsauce.com) with your order number and we will assist with the exchange provided you have proof of purchase and a video to show that the item was received broken/damaged upon delivery.
