Sphe & Kim Returns — the Pinky Promise

We want every parcel to feel like a hug in a box. If something’s not quite perfect, here’s our easy, no-stress returns guide in plain, girly English.

Quick pink rules
» Change of mind: 14 days from delivery. Keep it unused, in original condition with all bits and bobs. You cover the courier back to us.
» Online “cool-off”: 7 days from delivery for any reason. You cover the courier.
» Faulty or not working: Up to 6 months from delivery. You choose repair, replace, or refund. We cover the courier.
» Not what you expected or not fit for the purpose we recommended: Tell us within 10 days, and we’ll collect on us.
» Wrong item, short, or arrived damaged: Please let us know within 2 calendar days so we can fix it fast.

What can’t come back (unless faulty)
» For hygiene and safety, we can’t take back opened earrings, cosmetics, intimate items, personal care, perishables, or anything clearly used/altered. If an item like this is faulty, you still get a repair/replace/refund option.

How to start a return
» Pop us an email at support@spheandkim.shop with your order number, a few photos, and a short note about what’s up. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps and, if it’s on us, a return label.

Condition checklist
» Keep items unused, unwashed, and re‑sellable, with tags, accessories, cables, inserts, and freebies included. Original packaging helps a lot. No stress if a box is a bit scuffed—proof of purchase and all parts are the biggies.

Refunds and timing
» Once your parcel reaches our pink palace, we do a quick check (3–5 business days). Refunds then take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Returning part of a bundle? We’ll refund the discounted bundle value for that item. Free gifts must be returned too, or we’ll deduct their value.

Who pays for shipping?
» You pay: change‑of‑mind and 7‑day cool‑off returns.
» We pay: faulty items, wrong/short/damaged deliveries, or when something doesn’t match what we promised or the purpose we recommended.

A few fair‑use notes
» We can’t accept returns with signs of misuse, heavy wear, missing parts, water damage, or DIY modifications.
» Custom/personalised items aren’t returnable unless faulty.
» Sale items follow the same rules for faults; change‑of‑mind is at our discretion.
