Because your bag does not exist until your order guides our craftsman's blade, every single piece is a final, custom commission. We do not maintain a warehouse of pre-made inventory, and we do not offer standard refunds for a change of heart.
Instead, we offer something much more valuable: An Ironclad Guarantee of Perfection.
1. The Flawless Arrival Guarantee
When your custom piece leaves our Kigali workshop, it must arrive exactly as you envisioned it.
The Blueprint Check: If there is any structural defect, an error in your requested hand-stamped initials, or a mistake in your chosen hardware or stitching, we will immediately fast-track a brand-new replacement piece to be built and shipped to you at absolute zero cost.
Zero Risk: You have 7 days from the moment of delivery to inspect the grain, the stitching, and the build. If we didn't hit the mark perfectly, we will fix it.
2. The Lifetime Stitch & Rivet Warranty
We built this brand on the belief that premium leather should outlast its owner.
Lifetime Care: If 5, 10, or 12 years down the road a structural thread unravels or an industrial rivet gives way under the weight of your journeys, send it back to us.
The Workshop Restoration: Our craftsmen will put it back on the bench, repair it by hand, condition the leather, and ship it back to you. You cover the transit; we cover the craftsmanship—forever.
3. The Bespoke Exchange Window
We understand that choosing a lifelong companion is a serious decision.
Style Adjustments: If you receive your bag and realize the Mara Ochre tone isn't the perfect match for your wardrobe and you wish you had selected the Nocturnal Croc, reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery.
The Custom Grace Period: Because we value our community, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to facilitate a workshop exchange for a different silhouette in the capsule collection before your initials are permanently set into a replacement hide.
