We operate every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
2. When do pre-orders close?
Pre-orders close every Monday to allow us to source fresh ingredients and prepare your orders with care.
3. Is there a limit on Lechon Pork Belly orders?
Yes. Our signature Lechon Pork Belly is available in limited quantities, with only 8 rolls
prepared per service day. Once sold out, pre-orders for that day will close. We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.
4. Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver islandwide via a trusted third-party courier. Delivery fees vary based on
location and prevailing courier rates.
5. Can I self-collect?
Yes, self-collection is available. Collection details will be shared after your order is
confirmed.
6. How do I confirm my order?
All orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayNow. Our QR code will be provided upon order confirmation.
8. Do you cater for parties and events?
Absolutely! Our menu is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, office lunches, birthdays, and special occasions.
9. Do you provide disposable utensils?
No. Sinoy does not provide disposable cutlery with our orders. Please prepare your own reusable utensils when enjoying your meal.
