A clear, refreshing and dry cider made from crushed apples grown in the lush Western Cape's Elgin Valley. It has a slight sour apple scent which translates into a semi-sweet, tart and slightly aromatic taste. Apple tastes that are evident are the Granny Smith and Macintosh varieties.
