Some peptides are naturally pH-sensitive and may change appearance without being defective. These changes are normal and not grounds for replacement or refund:

- GHK-Cu dark blue or wet-looking/shiny top layer
- AOD-9604 gelling or clumping, or hazy
- Tesamorelin gelling or clumping
- Peptides reacting to incorrect diluent or pH level
- Crystallization caused by temperature changes
If lab results confirm the product is within specification, replacements will not be approved.
8. Proper Diluent Responsibility
