Shoopii Lead Form Privacy Policy

Shoopii collects information you provide through our Facebook and Instagram forms, including your name, phone number, delivery area, preferred delivery timing and any other details you choose to share.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, confirm your package and scent choices, arrange delivery and manage your subscription.
If you separately choose to receive promotional updates, we will also contact you about other Shoopii products and offers. You can stop these updates at any time.
Storage and delivery sharing
We store and manage customer details using Meta’s lead-management tools, Google Sheets and WhatsApp. These services also process information under their own privacy policies.
For confirmed deliveries, we share the necessary customer name, phone number, delivery address and order details with CDL to fulfil the order.
How long we keep your information
For enquiries that do not become purchases, we keep your details for up to six months from submission, unless you separately agree to receive ongoing product updates.
Purchase and subscription records are kept as needed to manage customer service, subscriptions and business recordkeeping. Promotional contact details are kept while you remain subscribed to updates.
Your choices and requests
You can request a correction or deletion of your details or ask us to stop promotional messages. Some transaction records may need to be retained for recordkeeping obligations.
