What is Shellsea?
Shellsea is an online pre-order (jastip) service that helps customers in Indonesia purchase sportswear from international brands. We source products directly from official brand websites and authorized retailers in Korea, China, Australia, and the United States to ensure authenticity and quality


How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website at shellsea.link or through our WhatsApp admin.

Can I order items that are not listed on the website?
Yes. If the item you want is not available on our website, you can send us the product link from the official brand website along with the size, color, and quantity. Our team will check availability and provide the final price within approximately 2–4 hours.

What payment methods are available?
Currently, we accept bank transfer payments. Customers can choose to pay either 50% deposit (DP) or full payment when placing an order. Orders will only be processed after at least 50% of the payment has been received. Please make sure that all payments are made only to BCA – 5810723833 Chelsy Lifardy. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account.

How long does shipping take?
The total delivery time to Jakarta is generally around 2–3 weeks, depending on the country of origin and shipping schedule. For China orders, express shipping takes around 5–7 working days, while orders from Korea, Australia, and the United States take approximately 10–14 working days after arriving at our warehouse.

Why does shipping sometimes take longer?
International shipping may experience delays due to logistics, customs clearance, or peak shipping periods (redline). During these periods, delivery to Jakarta may take up to 4 weeks or longer.

Are the products authentic?
Yes. We only source products from official brand websites and authorized retailers. If a product is proven to be counterfeit, we will provide a double refund guarantee.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled. However, refunds will be provided if the item cannot be purchased, is unavailable, or if there is an authenticity issue.

How will I receive order updates?
We will provide updates throughout the process, including when the item has been purchased, when it arrives at our warehouse, and when it is shipped to Jakarta. Customers can also contact our admin anytime for the latest order status.
