1. We do not accept refunds & returns on jewelry purchases. All sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to address your concerns.
2. If a defective item is found, it will be promptly replaced with a brand new one ( same model ) at no additional cost to you. In case an item is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund upon reception of the broken item.
3. Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange and sent back to our registered address.
