We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt for items that are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Not marked as final sale or promotional clearance
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is made. Once payment is confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible.
