- orders are only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us via Whatsapp
- all our cakes and its components are handmade; there might be surface blemishes such as cracking on the chocolate spray surface or difference in decoration (due to decoration availability or slight shifting and slanting of decoration)
How long in advance should i place my order
Order should be made preferably 3-5 days in advance. We do accommodate to same-day or next day orders should our schedule allow. Place your order on our website and we will reply as soon as we can
What are the payment methods accepted
We accept payment via Paynow/Paylah and bank transfer

How long can we keep the cakes
All LA VIE’s pastries are made without added preservatives, they are best eaten fresh on
the day of delivery as they are freshly prepared on the day of delivery. They can be kept for up to 2-3 days in the fridge preferably in an air-tight container.
Do our cakes need to be refrigerated
Yes, our pastries are best enjoyed chilled and should be refrigerated as soon as possible
upon collection/delivery. They last about 45 minutes at room temperature, do not subject the cakes to direct heat or store them in a hot vehicle.
Are your bakes halal
We are not halal certified but all our pastries does not contain any pork/lard
Are there vegetarian/vegan/egg-free option
All of our pastries contains egg & dairy, drop us a message for lacto-ovo vegetarian
options
What if i or the recipient has allergies
Some of our pastries contain nuts, gluten, dairy and alcohol.. Kindly drop us a message
so we can better advise the suitability of the cakes pertaining to food sensitivity.

6” serves approximately 6 - 8 pax
8” serves approximately 9 - 12pax
delivery faq.
What is the minimum purchase and delivery charges
We do not impose a minimum purchase for delivery. Delivery cost will be calculated base on distance, kindly input your address & postal code for the delivery cost to be tabulated. *Please note that delivery timing will be any time between 12 - 6pm.
Can i choose my delivery timing
We deliver between 12 - 6 pm. For specific delivery timing, please reach out to us for special arrangement, an add-on fee might be bearable by customer
Where is the location for self collection & third party courier pick-up
We've shifted our kitchen back home and no longer offer self-collection or courier pick-up.
What happens if i or the recipient is not around during delivery
Redelivery can be arranged should our courier’s schedule allows, there will be a
redelivery fee of $50 Delivery cost covers a one-time delivery trip only. Once delivery is made to the recipient’s address, it will be regarded as a successful delivery. If no one is present to take receipt of the item at the time of delivery, the pastries will be left outside the unit (if possible, and we will not be liable for the condition of the pastries thereafter). Should we be unable to leave the pastries outside of the recipient’s address, the item will be disposed of with no refund. Sender/recipient can request for the pastries to be brought back to the kitchen with a handling fee of $25
